context engineering( how we do it )
THE METHODOLOGY BEHIND THE IMPACT.
A project can’t deliver real business results unless it starts from high-quality context: the rules the client’s business runs on, the criteria the company uses to make decisions, and the exceptions and red lines that were never documented but have to be taken into account.
Context engineering is our methodology for extracting all that business knowledge, structuring it, applying it and keeping it current.
It turns what today lives scattered across people and systems into an explicit base for deciding what to build and with what judgment.

before
Scattered context
The rules the company runs on live in the heads of certain people. Exceptions to those rules surface in production. Every decision gets argued again because nobody knows why the last one was made, and the team builds what it is asked for, not what is needed.

after
Curated context
There is a structure you can consult, with the business rules, their exceptions and the reason behind every decision. What goes into the context and what doesn’t is written down before design starts, and it is corrected with every build cycle instead of going stale.
the result
- 01Speed without rework.Curated context removes the errors caused by false assumptions before they start costing money.
- 02Traceable decisions.Every decision made stays tied to the knowledge that justified it, even if whoever made it is no longer at the company.
- 03An asset that stays.Structured context becomes the client’s property and stops depending on a team’s memory.
- 04AI that performs.Starting from curated context, AI models stop generating demos and start generating product.
When the capacity to build digital products becomes widespread, what makes the difference is judgment.
Context engineering is the foundation needed to build that judgment.

HOW IS IT DONE?
HOW IS IT DONE?Context engineering isn’t applied through a linear process, but by refining the context until the product holds up on its own.

01
Defining the problem.
We question the brief before accepting it: is the client asking for an app when what they really have is an undiagnosed business problem? If the problem is framed wrong, everything built on top of it will be well made but of little use.
02
Structuring the knowledge.
We turn scattered context (the kind that lives in spreadsheets, legacy systems or the team’s heads) into a curated context tree, with an owner for each level. The company’s context stops being documentation and becomes a contract you can execute. This is the phase that will determine the project’s success.
03
Defining the criteria.
We agree on what we consider success, what we accept and what we are not going to build. We separate what validates itself from what requires human judgment. Without that agreement, “done” is an opinion.
04
Building in loops.
We ship, measure, adjust the criteria and ship again. When a result fails, it is telling us the context was incomplete: we don’t patch the code, we fix the context. That way, the system improves with every loop instead of accumulating debt.

Your team starts operating independently, because we’ve handed over the system and the knowledge that explains it, and we’ve also trained each profile to govern their part. From there, the relationship is your call: autonomous, retainer or hybrid.
the context tree
WHAT REMAINS WHEN WE LEAVE?
A tree that explains why the code is the way it is.
When a project ends, we don’t hand over a folder of documentation that starts ageing from day one.
We hand over a context tree: a living structure that orders all the knowledge governing your product, from the general principle to the specific rule.
Four nested levels, each with its own owner.

Every level has an owner and every rule a recorded reason. When the business changes, nothing has to be rebuilt: the relevant level is updated and the other levels inherit the change.
That’s why the context tree isn’t a deliverable you file away, but an asset the organization governs, one that keeps the next decision from starting from scratch and that still explains the product when nobody from the original team is left.

We built the first B2B marketplace for lift maintenance by specifying what the system had to do before writing it. That discipline reduced errors and aligned the team from the start of the project.

Every module of the platform exists to build the context before the AI generates the piece. The coherence of what the model produces doesn’t depend on the model itself, but on the context architecture behind it.
